My constant mission is to motivate others to find their best selves in every aspect of life and fitness is no exception. I have always focused on encouraging others to engage in a healthy lifestyle. As a youth I’d invite family members to walk me to the bus stop to get in a little physical activity because we’d all be so focused on fellowship that we’d forget that we were walking miles! That’s my favorite thing about the workouts that I’m certified to teach. Whether you join me for Pound, Strong, or Bootcamp we won't be counting reps or keeping track of the clock, You'll be strategically distracted you from the high-intensity and duration of your workout, focusing on rhythm and fun all while building positive encouraging relationships!
