Service Description

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

ave voluntarily enrolled in a fitness program offered through The Fellowship of Fitness. You recognize that the program may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities. You hereby affirm that you are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit your participation in this exercise program. You have been advised that an examination by a physician should be obtained by anyone prior to commencing a fitness and/or exercise program, or initiating a substantial change in the amount of regular physical activity performed. If You have chosen not to obtain a physician’s consent prior to beginning this fitness program, you hereby agree that you are doing so solely at your own risk. You understand that it is your sole responsibility to participate in exercises that are appropriate for the current status of your health. You also have been informed, understand, and are aware that fitness activities involve a risk of injury and that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment with full knowledge, understanding, and appreciations of the dangers involved. You hereby waive and release The Fellowship of Fitness and Jeanicia Elder and its successors and assignees, from any and all claims, costs, liability and expense for any injury, loss or damage whether known, anticipated or unanticipated arising from your voluntary participation and enrollment.
